What is the Management Quota?
Most of the private colleges affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) have a certain percentage of seats reserved as Management Quota. The seats are in the hands of the college management and hence named after management Quota. Under the management quota, the college can give admission to any student who has given and passed the CET exam or National Eligibility Test (JEE, NEET, NIMCET, CAT and CLAT-UGC) conducted by the GGS IP University and National Testing Agency (NTA).

Who are eligible for taking admission in Management Quota?

There are many study centres managed and owned by IP University, known as the University Schools. No, there is no provision of Management Quota in the main campus of the IP University. The management quota is only limited up to the private, i.e. the self-financing colleges that are affiliated to GGS IP University.
What is the difference between the admissions offered under Management Quota and through the regular admission process?
Most students and parents are confused about the concept of “Management Quota” where there is hardly, or you can say no difference in the admission taken through the regular counselling process and the management quota. The only difference between the Management Quota and the regular admission process is the fees!
