Oral Hygiene is a common practice of making mouth free from any diseases by giving it a regular rubbing with a so called tooth brush (name given to it due to its performed actions of rubbing teeth whatever route you want to follow – all routes zig zag or smooth flow or left right route) to relieve any signs of nerve disorders in the muscles that are in the jaws. Practice of oral hygiene is to be carried out without any slip. One slip would not do much harm but it could let your brain making another slip. Flossing
Give your teeth, regular flossing to make your smile best in the world. Flossing removes any stuck ups that are between the walls of the teeth or between teeth and the gums. The threads of the floors are made to move in the spaces between two teeth. Movement of threads removes any food particles that have stuck up in between. These are tongue scrapers. Not to be confused with any other scrappers that are used. Tongue scrapers are used for cleaning white deposits that accumulate on the tongue. While cleaning the mouth to clear any food debris, then why partiality with the tongue. That’s not fair.
