Tuck this thin section underneath the right one. Pull a strand, thin like the first one, but from the right side of the hairline. Pull it from the right side to the left one. Tuck it underneath the left hair section. Now grab a new section from the center. Keep changing sides of the section until you finally reach the end of your head. You can either tie your hair or just keep continuing the braiding. Keep the braid tight and smooth. Any messing with it could be done later on by tugging it on the edges.

6. Dutch Side Braid
Side braid is one of the most sophisticated hairstyles around. You can remove few strands to make it fun or not remove to keep it official. Comb your hair to one side, but do not part the hair into sections. Remember to remove any and all tangles in the hair. You will have to braid on the side opposite to the one you swept your hair too. That is if you combed your hair to the right, you will braid from the left eye and if you combed your hair to the left, you will braid from the right eye. Dutch braiding is different from French. Bring the left section under the right one. Add hair in the middle, which should now be the right section. Instead of adding hair and then braiding over it, in Dutch braids, you add hair to the strands. Then you cross under the braid. This places the braid on top of the hair and not under it as is the case in usual French braids. Continue the process by adding hair as you go on. Make sure the braid is close to the hairline and along the side of the face. Once all the hair as been added to the braid, continue to do so until you have run out of hair. Finally, secure with a hair tie. You can remove few fragments of hair to frame your face.
