You must meet the following requirements to become a writer at IR Digital Media:

• You must have a smartphone, desktop, or laptop.
• Should possess fluent speaking skills in English or Hindi.
• Any word-processing software or app must be preinstalled on your device; popular word-processing software includes Microsoft Word, LibreOffice, WPS Office, Google Docs, and OneDrive Docs.
• No minimum educational qualification is required, though you should have excellent and creative writing skills.
• You must be a loyal, trustworthy, and legitimate person who can write an article without using any unfair means of writing.

Your article or post will be published on IR Digital Media or it may be published on any other platform operated by Digital Pradesh. For all platforms, the process of joining and writing an article is the same.

Payment Structure:

Payment per article is based on several factors, including but not limited to the Payment Rate Per Article (RPA), Article Quality Standards, and Payment on the Basis of Views (PBV).

Payment Process:

Payment is made once your article is successfully published on our platform. The total payment amount is determined by factors such as the Payment Rate Per Article, Article Quality Standards, and views generated.

National Withdrawal:

For applicants from India, you can withdraw your earnings at any time after reaching a minimum balance of ₹500. Payment methods include NEFT (IMPS and RTGS), UPI-based platforms such as BHIM, SBI UPI, HDFC UPI, GPay, and PhonePe. As per the government of India’s rules, transaction charges may apply, which can be claimed back through the Income Tax portal by filing an RTI. Payments will be remitted between the 21st and 27th of each month.

Foreign Remittances:

For international contributors, PayPal is the only available payment option. Payments are made in accordance with the RBI’s foreign outward remittance guidelines. Please ensure that PayPal is supported in your country and allows remittances from India before onboarding. Processing fees and tax may be deducted during the remittance process. Payments will be remitted between the 21st and 27th of each month.

Withdrawal Conditions:

You can request a withdrawal at any time after accumulating at least ₹500. Regardless of when you request the withdrawal, the amount will be remitted between the 21st and 27th of each month. If you decide to discontinue using the platform, you can submit a closure application, and your balance, even if below the ₹500 threshold, will be remitted.

Note— Repetitive content, quoted content, or statements will be exempted or removed.

Rejection and Consequences

• Poor Quality Articles: Articles classified as Below Good Quality will be rejected. Writers will be notified, and the article will not be published.
• Repeated Submissions: Continued submission of low-quality articles may result in a ban on the writer’s account. Consistent adherence to our quality standards is expected, and multiple failures may lead to account suspension.
• Unfair Means: Articles written using AI tools or other unfair means will be rejected. We use AI and plagiarism detection tools to ensure authenticity and originality. Any attempt to use unfair means will lead to immediate account ban.

Additional Guidelines

We expect all articles to be unique and plagiarism-free. The minimum word limit for an article is 1000 words. Articles should adhere to relevant categories and avoid spinning, rogetting, or AI-generated content. Promotional or sponsored articles, or those with affiliated links, are strongly discouraged.

• Accuracy: Ensure facts are verified from credible sources before publishing.
• Clarity: Write in a clear and concise manner, avoiding jargon or overly complex language.

• Structure: Follow a structured format (e.g., inverted pyramid) with the most important information first.

All contributions must comply with the IR Digital Media Contributors Guidelines. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in rejection of the article or termination of your IR Digital Media account.

We use an independent third-party tool powered by Bitly to count the views received on an article. This monitoring tool filters out illegitimate traffic and traffic generated from IR Digital Media campaigns, such as push notifications, email newsletters, and social media accounts. Writers can generate a unique Bitly link for any article published, even if it was not written by them, directly from their IR Digital Media dashboard. Once the unique link has been generated, the writer can share it on their social media, groups, and community to maximize view counts. Writers will receive additional payment based on the number of unique views, computed according to the payment structure followed by Google AdSense.

• Page RPM = (Estimated earnings / Number of page views) * 1000 (Reference: https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/112030?hl=en).
• The cost-per-click (CPC) is used to estimate the Page RPM.
• Writers can view their payment based on the number of views by logging into their IR Digital Media account and choosing Payments > Payment from Views.

We monitor hits and views on the website using “Google Analytics”, and the articles with the maximum hits and views get a weekly bonus of Rs. 500.
